Planned e-auctions that are later not implemented result in the highest prices, according to the latest Index of Rationality, issued by the Center for Civil Communications.

State institutions were buying same or very similar products by multiple different prices. In the latest Index of rationality prices at which different state institutions were buying metal storage cabinets, coal, school chairs and occupational rubber boots were compared.
