Once revealed in the public that the Government will buy new furniture in the Rococo style of Louis XV and that it will spend 52,000 euros on that, the Office for General Affairs decided to cancel the procurement procedure, being ordered by the government. The idea for the purchase of sixty pieces of new furniture, which was stated in the specification of the tender notice published by the Office of General Affairs, was a “surprise” for the government. But after that has caused major negative reaction in public, the Government announced that there is no need for such furniture.
