Patients who need to do blood tests for bacterial infections are sent home from the laboratory of the Institute of microbiology.

For almost three months this institution does not have reagents for the analyses. Actually, this situation is result of amendments to the Law on public procurement, from May this year, when all public procurement should get approval from the newly established goverment body – the Council on public procurement.
