In Bosnia and Herzegovina, on public procurements is spent nearly 2 billion euros in one year,  and Society of  private entrepreneurs are giving warning that half of that amount ends up in private pockets.

Society of private entrepreneurs think that proposal of new Public procurement Law (which acceptance is expected), will only complicate things even more.

Association of citizens Tender has information that one billion BAM or 500 million euro ended up in private pockets in this year. That amount of money in last two years was invested in road construction in Federation BiH. On the other hand, Agency for public procurements states that these informations are unrealistic.
