There was no approval for EPCG to consult A2A without tendering

During the period from 2009 to the end of 2011, Commission for the Control of Public Procurement Procedures did not give EPCG any opinion concerning the procurement of consultancy and legal services of A2A, which were worth many millions, confirmed Suzana Pribilović, President of the Commission.

EPCG previously claimed that they were approved by the Commission to receive consulting services from A2A without tendering.
