EPCG spends millions on A2A advices without tender procedure

For counseling and legal services in the 2010 EPCG spent 4.56 million euro, in 2011 5.45 million and during last year 4.29 million. At least 7.5 million was paid without a bid to A2A, co-owner of the company who manages the EPCG.

A2A charged the EPCG for its services charging without any prior implementation of the tender, which the authorized representative of the company confirmed to the shareholders at the general meeting on 16 June.
