The Council of Ministers issued a proposal for an emergency procedure in the BiH Parliament to adopt three amendments to the Public Procurement Law, based on the initiatives by political parties SNSD and SDP and because of that Anti-Corruption Network ACCOUNT and Association of citizens  Tender considers it is necessary because of inappropriate and economically harmful proposals for solutions, to inform the delegates in the highest legislative body but also the general public, and at the same time suggesting the delegates not to adopt them.
