JP Elektroprivreda BiH (Public Enterprise Electricity Utility of Bosnia and Herzegovina) for the fifth year purchased tens of thousands of metering cabinets without public calls for them and pay twice as much as they should, according to a survey by Žurnal.

Every year, this public company purchased approximately 16.000 metering cabinets that are installed at home and it costs several million BAM. Although this procurement must be carried out publicly, the former board  in this firm has found an interesting way to purchase cabinets away from the public eye, much more expensive than they should be.
