The proposed draft amendments to the Law on Public Procurement for Bosnia and Herzegovina on 70 pages reveals the mechanisms that eliminate the weaknesses of the existing legislation and that are based on the directives of the European Union in this field. Annually in BiH, on the procurement of goods, services and works are spent four billion in BAM, of which over 800 million BAM are swallowed by corruption.
