Montenegrin health institutions will not get the X-ray films soon, as the Commission for the Control of Public Procurement again annulled the decision of the Health Insurance Fund, a few months after the final decision on the allocation of business to firm ‘Montemedicom’.
This decision came after complaints of "Urion", represented by attorney Ana Kolarević, sister of Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, whose bid was refused by Fund.
Commission stated in its opinion that the Fund made a factual error when it rejected the offer made by ‘Urion’, which resulted in making a wrong decision...
