State Commission for the Control of Public Procurement Procedures annulled part of the tender for the purchase of medical equipment, worth 2.9 million euros, which was signed by ‘Montefarm’ in mid-July.

Out of 147 tender parties, 47 were returned for the re-evaluation because, as Daily ‘DAN’ states, omission were made  during the procedure of the review, comparison and evaluation of the bids, as well as for the invalid selection of the best offer.
